PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE UPON COMPLETION OF WORK. Invoices are payable upon receipt. If payment is not received in a timely manner, the customer agrees to pay late fees at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually), or the maximum rate permitted under applicable Florida law.

In the event of nonpayment, the customer agrees to reimburse Symons Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. for all costs incurred in the collection of outstanding balances.
